I had a great time yesterday with other children’s writers in the Kansas City area who attended the conference sponsored by the Kansas chapter of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI). The conference was called “Taking Care of Business - Marketing and Promotion.”

I presented one of the morning workshops. Mine was called Easy Readers 101.
